Second Coordination Meeting held on May, 5th 2011

The meeting was held at the building of the University of Belgrade Institute of Chemistry, Metallurgy and Technology in Njegoseva str. 12 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.   

Around 50 participants were present, representing majority of running Tempus projects in the country.  

The meeting was moderated by:

• Prof. Radivoje Mitrovic, State Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science
• Mrs. Marija Filipovic-Ozegovic, National Coordinator of the Tempus office in Serbia

Participants were also addressed by Prof. Vera Dondur, president of the National Council for Science and Technological Development.

The meeting was divided into two parts. The first part was related to an overview of the projects implementation based on the comments from the Executive Agency and data provided by project representatives. In the second part of the meeting two best practice examples in management of Tempus projects were presented and practical questions related to financial management were discussed.
